Match report
Troy Parrott’s sensational free kick set Ireland on the way to a fantastic 2-0 win over Bosnia & Herzegovina at St George’s Park.

The Ireland forward hit a smashing free kick over the wall and into the top corner of Luka Kacavenda’s net with Adam Idah's late goal sealing Ireland’s place in the quarter finals. Idah’s goal increased his tally for the season to 9 goals from 9 games.

The Republic of Ireland now face the Netherlands in Monday’s quarter final in a game that will be shown live on RTE 2. Time and venue will be confirmed by UEFA later this evening.
