Paul Osam's side defeated the same opposition 4-2 on Tuesday afternoon, and he made eight changes to the starting lineup.
Ireland took the lead just before the half-time break. Oran Crowe's header found the back of the net in the 39th-minute to give the side a deserved lead.
Bulgaria's Martin Smolenski scored his second goal against Ireland in as many games midway through the second-half to ensure the home side took a share of the spoils.
Speaking after the game, Under-16 Head Coach Paul Osam was pleased with what he saw from his side over both games.
"There's more positives than negatives to take from the two games. We won one and drew the other. We came away from home with a new group of players and performed very well.
"I learned a lot about the players this week. It will definitely help us with selecting the squad for the Victory Shield in Tralee in November.
